Dulux Once Gloss in Pure Brilliant White (PBW) is a premium, solvent-based retail paint formulated to deliver a high-gloss finish on interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces in a single application. Because it is a self-undercoating formula, it completely eliminates the need for a separate primer or undercoat on previously painted areas.
