1. Power Off & Empty: Turn off the appliance power supply and unload all frozen food items.
2. Scrape Heavy Layers: Manually pry away and discard any thick, easily loosened chunks of ice.
3. Apply Liberally: Spray the remaining hard frost layers evenly and thoroughly with the HG formula.
4. Dwell Time: Allow the active de-icing agents to sit undisturbed for 5 to 10 minutes.
