HG Oven, Grill & BBQ Cleaner (500ml) is a highly effective, heavy-duty corrosive degreaser formulated to quickly dissolve burnt-on grease and baked-in food remnants from cooking surfaces. The formula relies on anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, and phosphonates (< 5%) to rapidly break down carbonised organic grime without requiring intensive scrubbing.

Material Compatibility & Chemical Safety
Because this is a professional-grade, high-pH corrosive solution, strict material exclusions must be followed to avoid permanent physical damage to appliance surfaces.
Approved Surfaces
  • Stainless steel hobs and grates (helps clear thermal discolouration)
  • Interior cast iron and metal oven shelves
  • Enamelled baking trays and barbecue kettles
  • Toughened glass oven doors
Strict Material Restraints
  • Untreated Aluminium: Forbidden. The high alkalinity severely corrodes, pits, and discolours raw aluminium.
  • Microwave/Combi-Ovens: Forbidden. Do not use in standard or combination microwaves (use specialized HG Combi Microwave Cleaner instead).
  • Appliance Exteriors: Forbidden. Avoid contact with painted, printed, or outer decorative casings of ovens and grills
