HG Window Cleaner Concentrate (500ml) is a professional-grade, pH-neutral cleaning solution designed to deliver streak-free glass without damaging surrounding frames or paint. Free from harsh chemicals like ammonia and methylated spirit, this highly concentrated formula is gentle on hands and safe for use on indoor glass, conservatory panels, car windows, and plastics. A single 500ml bottle provides high longevity, yielding between 12 and 35 complete washes depending on your dilution levels.

1. Prepare the solution: Add either 15ml or 40ml of concentrate into half a bucket (5 litres) of lukewarm water according to the dirt level.
2. Wash the glass: Dip a clean cloth or window washer into the mixture. Clean the windows thoroughly using a consistent circular motion.
3. Target stubborn spots: For highly resilient sap, bird droppings, or grease, apply a small drop of undiluted concentrate directly onto a damp sponge, dab the area, let it sit briefly, and rinse with water.
4. Squeegee dry: Pull a high-quality squeegee across the glass in fluid, overlapping strokes.
5. Wipe the blade: Wipe the rubber edge of your squeegee bone-dry with a clean, lint-free cloth after every single stroke to completely prevent streak lines.

• Avoid Direct Sun: Never wash windows in direct sunlight. Solar heat dries the soapy water too quickly, instantly causing severe streaking.
• Water Temperature: Do not use boiling or hot water. Stick to lukewarm water to prevent premature evaporation and thermal shock on cold glass panels.
• Dirty Water Cycle: Replace the water in your bucket frequently when tackling highly contaminated exterior windows to prevent scratching the glass with loose grit.
