Lancashire Peeler

Potatoes, carrots, fingers; skin easily removed from them all with a good old fashined Lancashire peeler, consisting of a razor sharp cutting edge held securely to a short wood handle using a piece of string. Are Health and Safety aware of this. Surprised it hasn't been banned. But perfectly safe in the hands of an experienced cook. Probably not a ;'Millenial' or 'Gen-z'.
